1. Post Description: According to the development strategy of the group, responsible for formulating human resources planning of the whole group and gives guidance to the subsidiary companies to execute human resources plan.Timely diagnoses and evaluates the group’s human resources status, designs, promotes and improves personnel management system and training plan. Executes storing and selection of reserve force.Being responsible for suggesting and formulating the enterprise organization, personnel system, salary construction, benefit system and performance appraisal standard.According to the enterprise’s working plan, responsible for prepare and control annual budget of personnel expense.Being responsible for providing the enterprise with local personnel policy, law and information and familiar with the labor law and regulation of the state and Beijing city.
2. Education: Bachelor degree or above. Relevant specialty of human resource management,
administrative management, psychology and law.
3. Working Experience: Over 5 years’ experience of human resources management. Working
experience in same scale enterprise and at same post. |
